Scope and operator

These terms apply to the scale2europe website operated by Albatech SpA, Chile, a subsidiary of AVentures. They cover public applications and enquiries, expert contact and the invitation-only internal area. Separate signed agreements govern programme participation, sponsorship, investments and paid advisory work.

Applications and expressions of interest

Applications and registrations of interest are non-binding. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, introductions, funding, sponsorship or commercial results. Programme admission and participation conditions are confirmed separately.

Please provide accurate information, submit only information you are authorized to share and keep confidential trade secrets out of public-facing material. Your submission is not made public automatically.

Evaluation and matchmaking

Authorized reviewers may assess startup applications. Matchmaking scores support the team's review and do not constitute investment recommendations or automated admission decisions. Introductions and any resulting agreements remain subject to the participants' independent assessment and agreement.

An expression of interest in pro bono mentoring is not a binding commitment. Where agreed, this mentoring is limited to a maximum of two hours per month.

Experts, bookings and fees

Expert profiles may display an hourly rate or an explicitly selected pro bono status. If no fee is shown, this does not mean the service is free. Scope, availability, fees, applicable taxes and cancellation conditions must be confirmed before an engagement.

Booking may take place through an expert's external scheduling provider, whose own terms also apply. Opening an external booking link is not proof of a confirmed appointment. The website does not currently provide an integrated payment or invoicing checkout.

Community access and acceptable use

Internal access is by invitation and limited to assigned permissions. Keep your credentials confidential. Do not share accounts, access other users' data without authorization, misuse application information or attempt to bypass access controls. Access may be restricted for security reasons or misuse.

Availability and liability

We take reasonable care to maintain the website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or the accuracy of third-party information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Applicable law and contact

Albatech SpA is established in Chile. These terms are governed by Chilean law, without excluding mandatory protections that apply in other jurisdictions, including applicable EU data protection rights. Any different arrangements for a specific service must be agreed separately.
