Participation Structure

The platform scale2europe provides European investors, corporates, and strategic partners with structured access to selected high-potential startups from Latin America.

The platform operates through a co-financed model involving sponsoring investors, participating startups, and where applicable public innovation support programs.

Selected sponsors participate in the financing of a tailored acceleration and due diligence phase for individually matched startups.

In exchange, sponsoring investors receive:

• structured access to strategic and technical due diligence processes,
• ongoing visibility into commercial, regulatory, and market-entry developments,
• early engagement with startup founders and management teams,
• the opportunity to help shape pilot and validation pathways,
• and preferred investment rights for a future financing round.

This model allows investors to evaluate startups over an extended engagement period rather than through isolated pitch interactions or short-term accelerator exposure.
